Just read your post above. We are a family emigrating to Perth on the 3rd Feb and will be looking for a 4x2 rental in Clarkson from April. We are going into fully furnished for the first 2months in Somerly village while we wait for our haulage but we would be interested in looking around your house if it will be available from April.

My husband, myself and our 3 year old boy are planning to move to Perth
from Scotland to the same area in August 2010 and we too were planning to
stay in Somerly for the first month until we found a rental. Just wondered
how you were getting on? Do you know of any long term (furnished or
unfurnished) rentals in Somerly estate or Quinns Rocks areas. Let us know
how you are settling in Perth, it would be great to hear from you. Is
Somerly up to your expectations? We have been looking at this area on the
net and looks really nice. Can't wait to get to Perth.
