Disclosure of the advisory services
Disclosure of all fees payable
Disclosure of complaints procedure
Receipt of a Statement of Advice (SOA) which the advice and the basis of any advice
Receipt of a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which contains information about any particular product under your consideration
And from the adviser

Avoca Consultants are legally obliged to
Analyse your needs, circumstances and objectives and make written recommendations in the form of a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)
Act in your best interests at all times
To use our professional knowledge and ability to provide the best service and advice possible
Retain on file your FNA and SOA for audit purposes by ASIC
